The beginning....

It's the beginning of a new chapter for us....in Portland.  Here are a few pictures from our most recent adventures at the zoo...got ourselves an annual pass...WELL worth it!  Been twice already this week!

So far so good!  We've got big plans this summer...more pictures to come!

Life as we know it....SWEET

We are still waiting to hear back from dental schools, wish they'd hurry up and say what we know to be true..."Jake you are awesome, we'd be lucky to have you at our school!" Alas we must wait a bit more.

The girls are growing so fast and although we don't do much interesting these days due to the weather...we do have lots of fun!

It's been a while :)

We've had a lot of growing around this house lately! 

Claire is probably 14lbs now at the rate she is growing, she has her 4 month check up tomorrow (4.5 mos old) so we'll see.  She is laughing and smiling so much now and loves the jumperoo, just like her big sister did.  She's grabbing things now and of course everything she can get her hands on goes in her mouth!

Paisley is doing all her ABC's and colors and she loves to name all of the things he knows, especially animals!  She loves to jump and climb and she's really into coloring now!

Jake and I are anxiously awaiting word of acceptance to Dental School (feels like we've been here before...oh maybe because we have!).  He's had 3 interviews already Loma Linda, USN/Roseman in UT and OHSU.  So he has 3 schools he could possibly be accepted at so far!  We are hopeful we'll have some good news this month!  Pray for us.

Baby Claire Rose Foutz

I'm a little late in posting this, but better late than never!!!

Claire Rose Foutz joined us on Oct. 7, 2010 at 9:03am weighing 7lbs 5oz and being 20.5 inches long.

She's a joy and Paisley is doing really well with her also!
